pause be curious, and wonder... What isreallyimportant? Whatreallymatters? Is that shitreallysignificant? (Chances are - Some of it is. Most is NOT.) Breathe. Consciously decide TO LET THAT SHIT GO. Release that shit from your being. Repeat as needed.
