Every year I pick a word or phrase for the year. This word is my intention for the year. For the past three years I have created artwork that I hang in my art studio, to remind me of my intention throughout the year. I honestly think the daily reminder makes a HUGE difference!
This year my word is THRIVING... I purposely put it in the present tense - as in "I am doing this, I am thriving" - it eludes action and assumes that is my current state of being - even when I'm not necessarily "feeling it".
